We welcome women of all different backgrounds of faith to attend. You do not have to be a Christian to attend but yes, this is a Christian event and all teaching sessions will be based on Christian content. Many workshops are not faith-based and purely for fun (craft or baking) or focused on other areas of health (physical, emotional/relational, etc.).
As Christian women who founded this retreat, please know that workshops that focus on spiritual health, materials or resources pertaining to spiritual health, and our keynote speaker’s messages will always be centered around the Christian faith and include biblically-sound teaching. We are very open to answering any questions you might have so please don’t hesitate to email: elizabeth@revivemnretreat.com

Women in all different seasons of life are welcome to join us! We have opened this retreat to women of all ages in various seasons of life because we feel that an inter-generational in-person gathering is powerful and so desperately needed in today’s world. We believe that we were created for community and that in-person relationships are the best way to thrive and flourish in any season of life.

In order to foster a peaceful, retreat-like environment, we welcome women around 18 years of age and older. This opportunity is meant to be an escape from your current reality of home, kids, work, etc. and why we only offer it as a day’s experience rather than an overnight. We hope that you feel refreshed and relaxed when heading home to baby (or whomever) at the end of the day! If you have a question or would like to request an exception, please email us directly and let’s chat!

Please wear comfortable clothing especially if participating in any of the exercise/movement sessions. This is meant to be a comfortable, relaxed setting. And bring layers! Whether the Spring Retreat or Winter Retreat, the MN weather is always unpredictable! You should be able to run out to your vehicle to grab anything additional whenever you need but dress warm, comfortably, and in layers.
Pack light - you will receive a gift bag upon registration so you can store any materials in there that you collect from the day. Feel free to bring a small notebook/journal, Bible, and/or something to write with.
Bring earbuds for the prayer walk to listen to worship music at each station.
Please refrain from wearing heavy perfumes, heavy bug spray, or heavy scents - we have many attendees allergic or sensitive to smells and want this to be a relaxing environment that doesn’t cause any serious reactions.
Consider LIGHT bug spray for the Spring Retreat. The Farm does spray for bugs but if venturing through the Prayer Walk (on the lawn), you may want something.
Consider sunscreen for Spring Retreat.
If participating in the exercise/movement sessions for the Spring Retreat, bring your own sticky yoga or exercise mat.

We are both an indoor + outdoor event! And the event will happen snow, rain, or shine! Please make sure that you dress appropriately and bring appropriate winter, rain, or spring gear depending on which retreat you are attending.
Spring Retreat: Bring an umbrella if it looks like rain (and wear waterproof boots or shoes!)! While all of our workshop/teaching sessions are indoor (and meals have covered space available), there will be walking between sessions and to the restroom that will be outdoor. We also offer an outdoor prayer walk. Please also consider sunscreen and light bug spray.
Winter Retreat: Wear boots, warm coats, and hat/mittens (winter outwear). We will still have an outdoor prayer walk and everyone will be participating in it! Dress in layers - you know the MN weather!
